No Refund
nexonalpha does not offer any refund on any of its services, including subscription and live trading access, platform plans (Static IP, Starter, PRO, Enterprise), custom development, setup fees, or related professional services.
By purchasing or activating a plan, you acknowledge that fees are final. This applies regardless of usage level, change of mind, strategy performance, trading profits or losses, broker API issues outside our control, market conditions, or partial billing periods.
The user is fully responsible for evaluating suitability of the technology before purchase, configuring risk parameters, monitoring positions at the broker, and complying with applicable laws and exchange rules. nexonalpha is a technology/execution platform only and does not guarantee any trading outcome.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in suspension of accounts and recovery of administrative costs where permitted by law.
